Our popular Chair Yoga program with Health Transformation Coach and Instructor Arlene Santiago is once again available in-person at the library! Join us on designated days for an interactive, instructional Chair Yoga session. Yoga has been shown to improve overall health when practiced regularly. As with many forms of exercise, it can be modified for people of varying abilities. Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that can be done sitting on a chair or standing on the ground while using the chair for support. It is beneficial if you have limited mobility or if you want to practice yoga while at work. Registration for this event is required! Participants who tune in virtually DO NOT have to register for this event. Patrons who sign up are registered for classes for the entire month. Please remember to sign up every month if you are interested!
